1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the applications, websites, and related services provided by Onix Innovations to which these terms apply. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Scope

These terms apply except where a product provides separate terms. Feature-specific terms and applicable app-store terms may also apply. Optional features described here are not available in every application. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and our Apps page provides product information.

3. Use of Our Services

Use the services lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any instructions for the particular feature. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and any related provider charges. Follow the eligibility and age requirements applicable to the product you use.

4. Accounts

Where an application offers an account, provide accurate information and keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. These terms do not require you to create an account for applications that work without one.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Where purchases or subscriptions are offered, the price, duration, renewal conditions, and included features are shown at purchase. Store-managed transactions are subject to the relevant store's payment, cancellation, and refund procedures, together with any rights you have under applicable law. Manage subscriptions through the store where you purchased them; deleting an application does not cancel a subscription.

6. AI-Generated Content

If an application includes AI-powered features, their output is provided as assistance and may contain errors or incomplete information. Verify important information before relying on it. Generated vocabulary, translations, and examples are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. Do not submit unlawful content or use generated output in ways that violate these terms or other people's rights.

7. User Content and Inputs

You remain responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to use it. When you submit content to a feature, you permit the processing needed to provide that feature, as described in the applicable privacy notice. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Onix Innovations.

8. Intellectual Property

The services, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights belong to their respective owners, including Onix Innovations and third-party licensors where applicable. You may use the services for their intended purposes under these terms. No ownership of the services or branding is transferred to you. Any applicable open-source or third-party content licenses continue to govern the materials they cover.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not use the services to violate the law or another person's rights, distribute harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or circumvent access controls. Do not misuse another person's account or submit content you have no right to provide. Nothing here restricts activities that applicable law expressly permits.

10. Third-Party Services

App stores, device services, external websites, and any third-party features have their own terms and policies. Their availability and behavior may affect the relevant feature. Review those terms when you choose to use such services.

11. Availability and Changes

Features may change, be updated, or become unavailable. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Changes to paid services remain subject to the terms of the purchase and your applicable rights. Keep any information important to you backed up where your device or application supports it.

12. Disclaimers

Educational content is provided for learning and informational purposes. Learning outcomes depend on many factors, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without a guarantee that all content is accurate or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not exclude any mandatory warranties or consumer rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Onix Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections.

14. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. Access to a service may be restricted or ended for misuse, a breach of these terms, or where required by law. Account deletion, local data removal, and subscription cancellation are separate processes where applicable; consult the relevant application, privacy notice, or app store.

15. Changes to Terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Additional notice or agreement will be sought where required by applicable law. If you do not accept the updated terms, stop using the affected services, subject to any rights you retain under an existing purchase or applicable law.
